Episode 35 of Middle-earth Talk Radio was broadcast live from the Tolkien Moot VII convention in Spokane, Washington, USA, with a live "studio" audience, and live Internet audience listening to the simulcast audio and viewing the video, while posting and answering questions from the local audience and the live chat room. Special guest co-host this year was Brian Huseland of the Inland Empire Tolkien Society.
