Version "R" of Ea d20 D&D 3.5 Races & Cultures Now Available

I haven't received any feedback from the people that have downloaded it (I can tell there have been many), and would really appreciate folks providing some useful feedback.

This version includes some tweaks to the level adjustments, mostly impacting the Noldor, and also some variants on half-elves between whether they choose "mortal" or "immortal" impacts different benefits and level adjustments.

Dwarves were just some clean up of redundant and broken entries, and the beginnings of better distinctions between the different dwarf tribes. I especially overhauled the Petty Dwarf as well.

This is an accumulation of changes over several months. I am too busy currently to finish the process, but instead of leaving the site several revisions behind, I thought I would go ahead and upload what is there for now, then in a couple weeks, as people digest and respond to the changes, I can integrate another significant update.
